There are several ways to use essential oils:

Body oils- A mixture of essential oils with a carrier oil such as jojoba, olive or coconut oil that can be massaged into skin.
Sprays- Mixed with distilled water and himalayan salt, essential oils can be used as a refreshing room spray
Aromatherapy accessories- necklaces, accessories and keychains that are made with materials such as lava stones and absorbent pendants.

When blending oils, it is important to have an intention of the healing you would like to have. Our blends are made with intention with the purest natural oils. Our oils are safe enough for skin because they are mixed with carrier oils.

Relax blend is made with spearmint, cedarwood, and patchouli essential oils to help feel peace and tranquility throughout the day, perfect to relieve feelings of stress.
